Tim Campbell MBE is a distinguished British business leader, investor and champion for inclusive leadership, talent development and financial empowerment.

He rose to national prominence as the inaugural winner of BBC’s The Apprentice, and now serves as an adviser to Lord Alan Sugar on the programme.

Tim has built a successful career across international business, financial markets and social impact. His roles have included Regional Head of Africa at OSTC Group, Marketing Director at TheZISHI.com, and Client Services Director & Head of Global Citizenship and Strategic Adviser on Diversity, Equity and Social Mobility at AMS. He also actively invests in early-stage ventures across artificial intelligence, health, fitness and leisure.

A passionate advocate for social mobility, Tim founded the Bright Ideas Trust to support young entrepreneurs, chairs the board of an outstanding London school, and advises organisations on inclusive growth. He has represented both the UK Government and the City of London on global trade delegations.

He is also a husband, father of two, and committed to championing health, wellbeing and purpose-driven leadership.
