Dr Nicholas Pamment is Director of Innovation and a member of the Senior Leadership Team. He leads strategic initiatives in contract management, tendering and short-course development. He also serves as one of the strategic leads for the Police Education Consortium, overseeing police entry programmes across several UK forces.

He is Deputy Lead of the Victimology and Ecological Justice Research Group, which brings together scholars working on wildlife crime, conservation and climate change.
